As member of IPATA, Pets Habitat’s pet export service includes the following :

Study pet’s medical history and documents to conclude if all is in order for a smooth export and destination clearance of the animal.
Study and comprehensive advise on destination requirement for the type of pet to be exported.
If indicated by the pet owner, we can retain and communicate with a IPATA agent at destination to organize and book quarantine
( if required at destination) or to clear the pet without delay and hassle upon landing and hand over to the owner.
Select appropriate airline and connections to reduce travel time
Select appropriate size of IATA approved travel box based on strict requirements of the airline and to ensure comfort of the animal during flight/transit etc. or have one custom made if needed.
Make prior arrangement with and transport the pet in properly equipped vehicle to meet with the Ministry of Environment veterinarian to organize an export health certificate and to do so within the shortest turn around time possible.
Transport the pet in properly equipped vehicle to the airport on the day of flight to process all export paper work and hand over the animal to the airline.
Step by step liaison with the pet owner to ensure that the process is going smooth and provide complete coordination with clearing agent at destination to ensure pet is cleared with ease and handed over to the owners.
Organize delivery of the animal to owner’s residence when required ( in case owners are not collecting the pet at destination airport )

Note 1. CORE SERVICE FEE : There is a fixed consultation charge for the time and effort spent on each pet relocation case and to render all of the serviced listed above : This fee is AED 2000/-ONLY . Upon receiving our quote, should you decide to hire us to process complete relocation of your pet, this fee will be included in the quote as CORE SERVICE FEE. This fee is per animal and ONLY AED 500/- is charged for additional animal to be included in the same shipment.

NOTE 2. WHATS NOT INLCLUDED in our CORE SERVICE FEE ? Before proceeding to submit this form, please note that CORE SERVICE FEE fee DOES NOT include any other expenses such as official fees payable to Government authorities, local transport charges for various trips involved, price of travel boxes, airline freight charges or any export customs charges or any expenses and fees payable at destination such a UK pet scheme fee or any fees and charges payable to an agent hired at destination port to clear the shipment. Upon submission of this form, we will work out a quote and include all applicable fees and expenses after taking relevant quotes from all parties involved in the move.

NOTE 3. Pet’s size dimensions provided by you determine the size of the travel box that we may need for the move. As airlines charge by volume weight or actual weight of the pet ( whichever is higher ), any discrepancy in size of the animal provided by you may result in a difference of up to 20-30% in ultimate quote and you as pet owner hereby undertake to settle the difference in any. We provide an estimate quote based on the size provided by you. However, once you hire us to process the move and upon receiving the down payment, we will prefer to take a physical trial of two or three boxes to determine if the animal is comfortable in the box and you are requested to schedule an appointment ( either at Barsha or Motor City branch or invite our staff to your home ) to ensure an accurate quote may be determined well before the flight. )
